Q is for Questions

Q is for Questions- the kind that don't really need answers... the rhetorical kind.

Who clipped your ears and made you skipper?  - what you're really saying - What makes you think you're the boss!

What are ya after doin' now? - what you're really saying - Somethings wrong and you did it!

Don't think I got either mouth on me? - what you're really saying - You got food for yourself, but forget about getting some for me!

Are you catching flies? -what you're really saying - Close your mouth, you looks stupid!

We always use the line from MST3K that refers to someone who is downer - "Who died and made you Droopy?"

  4. That second one sounds familiar, but for some reason I'm hearing it in more of an Irish accent. :)

  7. Love your graphic, little green man. The only one of those questions I've ever heard of is the last...people do look stupid with their mouths open. Sometimes I see people driving their cars that way and wonder if they get all dried out and thirsty.

  9. I loved the skipper one, primarily because the minute I read it I knew what it meant and laughed out loud. I love all of these phrases Bay Girl and would love to use them too!
