I've seen those at the end of the Boston Marathon and Bay to Breakers in SF. I figured it helped with temperature but I didn't realize that runners' temps dropped after races. I wonder if that's why I get freezing cold after I've gone on a long walk or finished some marathon cleaning.ReplyDelete
