Time to get Kreativ

I got a new award! A BIG thank you to Katie O' Sullivan for the Kreativ Blogger Award!

The last few awards I got, I was lazy and didn't really fulfill the requirements, so this time I'm going to do it right....

According to the Kreativ blogger rules, I must: Share 10 things about myself, and nominate 6 other bloggers to receive the award

10 random things about myself... hummm

1) I haven't eaten red meat in close to 15 years
2) I am a slave to chocolate and peanut butter
3) I can down a cup of coffee in 2 gulps and then take a nap
4) My left foot is nearly a whole size larger than my right foot
5) Whole days seem to get lost when I've reading a good book
6) I sneak in my daughter's room to cuddle her while she is sleeping
7) I would wear nothing but pajamas and super hero t-shirts if it was deemed work appropriate
8) I hate dirty dishes in the sink at night, but they can be there all day
9) If the radio is on in the morning before I have my caffeine, I will be in a bad mood all day
10) Random tv quotes, song lyrics and catch phrases can fly out at the weirdest times

and the 6 bloggers I will be passing this on to are:

Fellow Newfoundlander, and new blogger Rana Randomly Specific
Cutie Pie Yeamiewaffles at Matthew's Blog
The amazing mybabyjohn/Delores at The Feathered Nest
The happily undefined Karen Peak at Karen's World
The overly honest Cathy at Life on the Muskoka River
The busiest blogging Ninja around Alex J. Cavanaugh

  5. Thank you so much! I have received it before so shall just graciously accept it this time. It's been years since I had red meat as well. And if I could get away with it I would wear t-shirts and lounge pants to work.

    1. I think at this point, it would be hard to find an award you don't have! (bowing down to you)

  6. Congrats to you and to those you awarded! I already know the lovely and talented Alex Cavanaugh, but I'll check the rest of them out. I'm a recovering vegetarian myself. I didn't really want to go back to meat, but I eventually started craving it more and more. It didn't matter how much protein I got from other sources.

  9. Golly, I hope that coffee's cold!
I'm going to have check out those sites. For instance, I've heard an awful lot about Alex, but I've never had the decency to introduce myself.

  11. Woo HOO!!! I'm almost as excited as Rana up there! She's so cute..just for that amazingly enthusiastic display of cuteness, I'm going to wrassle over there and hassle her a bit.
As for the rest of those hoodlums, I know them pretty good. They're all good eggs. Grade A, actually, as are you. Although it's weird that your one foot is so much bigger than your other...
    Thanks!!!!!

    2. the foot thing - I think it's because I tore a bunch of ligaments in the right foot and spent a while in a cast during 6th grade

I'm not sure why I'm ok with dirty dishes in the sink during the day, but I am (prehaps I just don't want to get off my posterior to clean them)

  16. I can take caffeine and go to sleep as well. After while your body gets used to it and can actually make you drowsy. I used to drink so much Dr. Pepper I had to drink lemon-lime soda for about a year for my body to accept it again.

    1. I had a love affair with Dr. Pepper for a while too, then I broke it off with all soda. Now 1/2 a can will leave me feeling like I drank 3 red bull!

  19. Thank you so much! I'm sorry I've gotten so far behind on my blog reading. It's been a chaotic month.

Oh, and I totally have the kind of a size difference with my feet too. Isn't it frustrating?
