9 things I Forget

I was having my tea this morning, and I noticed an old scar near my ankle. For the life of me I can't recall how I got that scar. Throughout the day I've been trying to remember other things I've forgotten over the years... this is what I've come up with so far:

1. How to speak french.
2. The order of the books in the Old Testament.
3. The last time I cleaned my oven.
4. How to read sheet music.
5. Why I signed up for that Zellers credit card.
6. What it was like to be able to eat fries without feeling guilty.
7. The entire semester of Calculus I took in university.
8. Why I ever thought Perfect Strangers was a great tv show.
9. Who stopped laughing first and explained to me what a boner was.

  3. Reminds me of a song..."I just stopped in to see what condition my condition was in." I can't remember who sang it, or what year it came out in, or any of the other lines....

  4. We're supposed to clean our ovens?
My wife is always bruising herself and when I ask, she has no idea how it happened. I need to bubble wrap her.

  7. At least there are only nine things on your list. One time my sister ordered french fries and in the middle of enjoying them said, "I might as well be smoking a cigarette!"

And it's all fun and game until Sister Caligula calls you to the chalkboard while you have a boner because you could see Pamela Wrzbecki's bra under her shirt.

  12. Haha, #9 was hysterical! I wish I remembered what it felt like to drink a chocolate milk shake with whipped cream completely guilt-free. I haven't let myself touch one in years.
