Today is Captain Alex's Top 10 movie countdown blogfest. When it comes to movies I have a lot of top tens; top ten comedy, top ten action, top ten of all time... So in light of my upcoming Disney adventure, I decided to share my top 10 Disney Movies! (these are pre-kiddo top ten)
#1 - The Little Mermaid
#2- The Fox and the Hound
#3 - Robin Hood
#4 - Bambi
#5 - The Parent Trap
#6 - Pollyanna
#7 - Sleeping Beauty
#8 - Homeward Bound
#9 - Alice in Wonderland
#10 - The Jungle Book
The 10 on my list, are movies I watched pre-kiddo, there are many more I would love to add, but they would be family Top 10 Disney, Kiddo Top 10 Disney and Recent Top 10 Disney. Did I mention I have a lot of movie Top 10s?!
Thanks Alex for hosting :)
Can't go wrong with that list! Robin Hood is great - I remember seeing it in the theater as a kid.

ReplyDeleteFollowing from the Top Ten Movie Countdown BlogFest.
ReplyDeleteI love all of those movies! I remember finding "Parent Trap" on the tv one rainy afternoon. I'm glad Hayley Mills turned out the way she did i/o like Lindey Lohan. Sheesh.
Of all of yours, I've only ever seen the original Parent Trap. BTW, the first 3 pics are just empty boxes with tiles in the center. At least that's how they show up on my computer!
ReplyDeleteI wondered when someone would do an All Disney list. Good one! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the Parent Trap!
ReplyDeleteAlice and Wonderland freaked me out as a child. I still watched it, but every single time, it freaked me out. ;)
I remember seeing The Fox and the Hound at the cinema - balled my eyes out. Disney always brings back memories of childhood and I love it for that.
ReplyDeleteI'm really proud to say that I've actually watched a good few of these films and enjoyed them, great list Bay Girl!
ReplyDeleteCool! I used to love Haley Mills movies.
ReplyDeleteGood ole Hayley Mills and Brian Keith-Poor man. Bambi made me cry. My all time fav...Disney that is...Fantasia! Can't beat Night on bald Mountain
ReplyDeleteGreat set of choices! :) Love Disney.
ReplyDeleteNo love for Aladdin? haha great picks, Homeward bound and the sequel are both favs.
ReplyDeleteI most definitely approve of your list. :) I would add a few more, like Mary Poppins, but very good choices. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful list! I didn't think anyone was going to make an all Disney one. Great choice!
ReplyDeleteI remember watching Sleeping Beauty at least 100 times when i was younger. Loved that film!

Gotta love Disney, especially the oldies. But you missed my favorite...Lady & the Tramp.
ReplyDeleteClassic Disney. Can't go wrong. Have a great time on your upcoming adventure. If you are going to Disney in FL make sure you hit the Yak & Yeti Restaurant. Terrible name but great, great food. Truthfully we never had a bad meal the whole time we were there!
ReplyDeleteI see a theme going on in your list. You and my wife have a lot in common.
ReplyDeleteLove Disney! The Little Mermaid is my fave from this list :)
ReplyDeleteJust dropping by from the blog hop. While our lists don't overlap at all, I do have much love for a handful of movies on yours. :3
