DeleteAnd what the heck is ding dong ditch????
ReplyDeleteding dong ditch - childhood game where you ring a door bell and bolt (I was never successful at this game) but I do have a twist planned :)
Deleteawesome list....!
ReplyDeletethanks!
DeleteGreat list!! Reminds me of my childhood in the 70s. I have nothing on my summer bucket list except to survive the heat and humidity. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for some heat :)
DeleteThat sounds like a pretty exciting bucket list to me. I hope you get it all done and some of them twice!
ReplyDeletethanks! it will make for a memberable summer
DeleteStar gazing is always fun, although due to the humidity we do it more often during the winter here.
ReplyDeletewe have more of a fog issue here, but hopefully I can dig out the telescope at least 1 good night
Deletewait..wait..wait.. ding dong ditch?????? What IS that?
ReplyDeletering a door bell and run! (I do have a little twist planned though)
DeleteFinish my ridiculous stack of books...
ReplyDeletegood luck! how many are we talking about here?
DeleteI love putting together puzzles. We do one every New Year's Eve.
ReplyDeletethat would be a nice tradition... I might have to try that this year
DeleteLove the idea of doing a puzzle on New Year's Eve!!!!
DeleteFun list!
ReplyDeleteI just wrote about my lifetime bucket list, but as far as my summer list goes, I'd liked to get some major work done on my family history memoir and catch up on my reading. I'm seven books behind right now. :)
family history is something I play with in spurts - I'm all over the place just trying to fill in the family tree - good luck!
DeleteI just hope to survive the heat!
ReplyDeleteI hope you survive too :)
DeleteWhat a great list. I may have to borrow a few of your ideas.
ReplyDeletefeel free! A bunch of them are throwbacks to my childhood
DeleteI was with you all the way until you wrote "wear a dress". I hold the line at that one. After retiring, dresses went away, jeans came in.
ReplyDeletethat's the one I'm going to have the hardest time with.. I haven't worn a dress since my high school graduation
DeleteI wish you all the best with this awesome list, especially the dress part. It's been so long for me I can't remember. LOL
ReplyDeleteI won't even wear a night dress to bed - has to be pjs, but it might happen
Deletei'm gonna come back and copy yours!!
ReplyDeletesure thing! have fun
Deleteyou list sounds like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about making one for quite a while. Yours will do in the meantime!
I bet yours would be great Pat!
DeleteI might have to write my summer bucket list on my blog now too! Great idea!
ReplyDeleteLesley (another NLer!!)
byporchlight.blogspot.com
I'll be watching for you to post it :)
DeleteLove the bucket list. I think I just might have to do one myself. I don;t think you'll have a hard time with " going for a walk in the rain" Cheers. Another Lesley and and another Newfoundlander.
ReplyDeleteby the end of the summer we'll all be sick of the rain!
DeleteSome of mine are; water balloon fight, water park, fun park, etc.
ReplyDeleteI had a water balloon fight last summer - 106 balloons in 35 seconds, I was picking up balloon bits for weeks
DeleteI love ths list! I will definitely steal some of these ideas.
ReplyDeleteI'll be travelling for most of the summer, so my list includes visiting some little known areas of new countries, and not getting my luggage lost. :)
Oh my Gawd.....what an awesome idea!!!!! I am so inspired, I'm going to write my own list....and post it. There will definitely be some duplication from your list.
ReplyDeleteI hope you don't mind, because this is plagiarism at it's best,ha ha. ;o)
I love this list. Summer is definitely my favorite season. So much to do, and time to do it!
