Since the eyes are part of the face, then generally, yes, but I think in the correct context, most people assume 'facial hair' means a beard or mustache.

ReplyDeleteI go by the Mr. Potato Head rule of thumb. If it goes on his face it counts. Which means that arms and legs are also facial hair.
