Bad news, the fence in my backyard blew down yesterday in all the wind, and I couple shingles were liberated off my roof.
Good news, I got my computer back last night, today I plan on hitting as many new blogs as I can (within reason or course,I do have to get some study done)
It was wild and windy yesterday. If we handn't replaced our fence last year it would have been flung to the far corners as well. Glad your technology is back in place.
ReplyDeleteBummer about the wind dammage, but glad your computer is back!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that it was only the fence and a few shingles. Crazy weather seems to be the norm lately.
ReplyDeleteGood to see you have your computer back!
ReplyDeleteOur wind has been terrible as well! Hope it settles down soon.
ReplyDeleteWhew! Glad you got your computer back, but the wind doesn't sound fun. :-)
ReplyDeleteAgain, a fun post. Love the word YOP. Will have to use it soon!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Anne! I really like the word "Yop."
ReplyDeleteYou are over 250 follwers! Congratulations on that...
Ye is a new word for me. Learn something new every day! Happy A-Z.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know yarn meant anything other than colorful string.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo, your blog is growing by leaps and bounds.
Enjoy the weekend.

Crap-- the wind can be super destructive. We sometimes get microbursts out here that tear off siding or send out trampoline into the neighbor's yard. Yikes!
ReplyDeleteYop my head off! Ha ha ha ha!! Love it!! Will have to remember that one.
ReplyDeleteHooray for the computer! Boo to the wind damage! I like that word Yop. That's going in my lexicon.
ReplyDeleteNew meaning for the word "yarn" for me. Glad you're back in the computering business.
ReplyDeleteHope you'll join us for The A to Z Challenge Reflections Post on Monday May 2nd.

Hope you've got your fence fixed! Love the Y words.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
Driving around the city makes me grateful it was only a dozen shigles and the fence! I have never seen so many trees uprooted outside of the Lord of the Rings.
ReplyDeleteThanks again to everyone for stopping by!
