Knitting is stupid, and I hate its stupid guts.
I'm spending the remainder of my day unknotting something for the fun! I didn't need any new washcloths, anyway.
And no, I am not hiding broken knitting needles behind my back, its something else totally unrelated. (pout)

Oh :(
ReplyDeleteI didn't really need to learn anything new lol
Delete:( I have had my fair share of embroidery thread tangles too! Hope you get back on track!
ReplyDeleteIf only I had patience...
DeleteLOL! I hear ya! I knitted a beginner's sweater for an infant once, dropped a stitch and said, "I ain't doin' that again!" Talk about digging one's self into a hole. Er, I retired from knitting. Crocheting is much faster!
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried crocheting, is it hard?
DeleteI was never any good at knitting either Bay Girl, I was always notoriously bad at it in school when we learned haha.
ReplyDeleteI would have failed that class in school!
DeleteI used to cross-stich. "Used to" being the operative words. I worked on a Precious Moments alphabet when my oldest was a newborn, and messed up royally when I reached the letter "U". I gave up and haven't touched the thing since. That was nearly 8 years ago.
ReplyDeleteDo you still have it kicking around?
DeleteWell, I guess if that's the worse problem we have today things aren't so so bad are they? Relax. I'm probably a more terrible knitter than you are.
ReplyDeleteI've officially retired from knitting (and painting)
DeleteDon't worry!!! try it again tomorrow, it will get better!!
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteI never got the hang of knitting. I've tried and failed a few times so phooey on that.
ReplyDeleteI'm passing along the Kreativ Blogger award to you today (Friday) over at my blog. Stop by and pick it up when you get a chance ;-)
Have a great weekend!

Thank you! I'm on my way over to get it now!!! Woot
DeleteLOL! Too funny. I say toss it and blog instead :)
ReplyDeleteTossed it! Tried to blog, but me and blogger seemed to be having a bit of a lover's quarrel
DeleteWhat about pot holders? Everyone can use knotted pot holders!
ReplyDeleteKnotted pot holders I think I can manage! Great idea
DeleteI knitted ages ago. I was okay at it, but always messed up the final stitches. That was frustrating.
ReplyDeleteDid you give up or finish? I think it's one of those things you need talent for
DeleteI'd finish, but I gave up on knitting.
DeleteGulp - thanks
ReplyDeleteHahaha poor you! I know that feeling!!!! I LOVE knitting but man oh man sometimes I just hattteeee it!
